What's a Toe Ring? A ring for your toe. (Believe it or not, we hear that one all the time).
Does it hurt? Most people experience about 24 hours of awareness & are very comfortable in all their shoes. That's the benefit of being custom-fit w/over 50 sizes.
Why stack? We stack intentionally to ensure your comfort. For most people, a single wide Toe Ring tends to be restrictive, while stacking allows more flexibility, enabling each ring to move independently (although they stay together & look like one ring). Thinner stacks tend to look prettier on shorter toes, while thicker stacks look nicer on longer toes. |
Won't it fall off? No, most toes have a pad which holds the Toe Ring on so you can shower (and please do), swim, etc. Also, feel free to play sports, exercise, run, etc. (I'm a runner myself & have even snorkeled & water skied with them on).
What toe do I wear them on? The 2nd toe is typically the most comfortable toe. Approximately 5% can wear them on any other toe.
What if I swell? Shrinking & swelling throughout the day are very normal, and are taken into consideration for your personalized fitting.
If I gain/lose weight, does my toe size change? It's hard to believe, but toes do change with weight, even 10 pounds. |
Can I wear regular shoes? Absolutely. Most people are very comfortable even in heels, boots, & tennis shoes.
Can I take them off if I want to? Yes, with anything slippery (i.e. liquid dish soap). However, as our rings are custom-fit for continuous wear, most people leave them on until they are ready for new ones.
Are you piercing the toe? That's disgusting!
What are they made of? Platinum, 14kt. Yellow, White & Rose Gold (which have a lifetime guarantee against breakage), Sterling Silver and Gold Filled (a 1 year guarantee against breakage, although they tend to last an average of 2-3 years). Precious Stones include genuine Diamonds, Yellow Diamonds, Pink & Blue Sapphires, and Rubies (which have a lifetime guarantee against breakage & stone loss).
Will these tarnish? Usually not. However, in some pools & spas, the chlorine may tarnish the silver, but because they are sterling, they just need to be polished. Additionally, there are a handful of people who do have high acidity in their skin, and these rare individuals typically need 14kt. or Platinum.
Am I too old for a Toe Ring? Our youngest client is 18 months, and our "most mature" is almost 90!!!
Do men wear Toe Rings? Only those with lots of Testos-TOE-rone! Actually, many of our customers are men, and get matching Toe Rings with their wife or girlfriend.
